What is TrueTouch?
Understanding an individual's channel preferences, how responsive they are, how they like to be contacted and where they are likely to go for information means that you can improve the quality and efficiency of your communications.
TrueTouch enables you to do this by classifying every UK consumer on the basis of channel preferences, motivation and promotional orientation. The classification categorises consumers into one of:
- Twenty-two detailed behavioural types, aggregated into six broad behavioural groups
- Six decision making styles
- Eighteen individual media propensity scores
