TrueTouch classifies every individual in the UK based upon their channel preferences, motivation and promotional orientation. It is available as:

• A classification of individuals by each of the 22 TrueTouch types and six behavioural groups
• Six individual level decision making style propensity scores
• Eighteen individual level media behaviour propensity scores
• An array of data for every UK postal sector
